Responsibility
- actively promote, engage and further the current Patient Participation Group to enhance representation from the Practice population
- expand and develop the current appraisal system in line with specific role regulatory requirements and incorporating wellbeing monitoring Lead and deliver on a wellbeing strategy inline with National contract guidance and good Practice in order to support recruitment and retention activities Ensure training and continual professional development activities are co-ordinated, monitored and maintained with statutory and mandatory requirements Act as a point of contact for all the Heads of Departments, proactively supporting them with high level HR advice and guidance including where necessary performance improvement requirements Manage training placement agreements with Partners including; Yorkshire & Humber Deanery, Hull York Medical School, Coventry University among others
- deal with matters as they arise in the General Manager's absence and ensure standards of good practice and compliance with all relevant Human Resources legislation
- ensure quality standards are attained in cleaning and maintenance of premises and equipment
- PATIENT SERVICES Working alongside the General Manager and the PCN Development and Transformation Manager, the post holder will develop and lead on the operational aspects of implementing the Modern General Practice Model and National delivery plan for recovering access to primary care
- ensure the Practices digital communications and pathways are kept up to date and in line with the latest NHSE contractual guidance, ensuring processes and presentations are of a high quality
- ensure all accidents and Significant Events are recorded in line with practice policy
- ensure insurance for premises and staff is maintained and evaluated
