Responsibility
- oversee financial management of the UK businesses
- accountable for the annual planning process and cycle of budgeting, forecasting and reporting
- manage group liquidity, cash flow and forex Customer invoicing and Payables Management
- detailed, objective and pragmatic reporting to the Board
- identify where there are issues are within business, develop strategies to proactively identify, mitigate and continually improve
- partner with the Board, CFO and Group Operations Director providing insight and challenge to enhance decision making by providing relevant data and analysis to increase ROI on group investment including technology, capital, product development and deployment investment / M&A decisions
- prepare and present the annual financial statements and oversee the audit process
- to actively advise the board on material impacts that disrupt service, customer satisfaction, performance, reputation and profit aspiration of the group of companies
