Responsibility
- preparing vehicles for repair work, including masking, sanding, and priming
- ensuring all repair work is carried out to a high standard and meets customer requirements
- assessing the damage to vehicles and determining the appropriate repair work required
- carrying out light Tap & Fill repairs and polishing where required
- cleaning and maintaining equipment to ensure it is in good working order
- liaising with other members of the team to ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
- ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to
Requirements
- previous experience working as a vehicle/car prepper in a similar role
- knowledge of different repair techniques and materials
- good attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
- good communication skills and the ability to liaise with colleagues and customers
- prepping: 1 year
