Responsibility
- looking for a finishing joiner -Highly competent, motivated and experienced joiner to join our rapidly expanding, friendly team
- work varies from commercial property to home renovation and extensions
- perform various joinery tasks including carpentry, masonry, and drywall work
- read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project requirements
- install fixtures, fittings, and furniture according to specifications
- conduct repairs and maintenance on existing structures
- collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure smooth project completion
- adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Requirements
- proven experience as a joiner or carpenter
- previous experience as a joiner or carpenter is required
- proficient in various joinery techniques such as metal stud framing, caulking, and remodeling
- proficiency in using hand and power tools commonly used in joinery work
- ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately
- ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment
- strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and cuts
