Responsibility
- handling incoming sales calls/enquiries and orders, maintain long lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after sales service
- understand and Learn customer needs and preferences
- developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits by advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications
- processing customers’ purchase orders and packing orders, booking deliveries to ensure the timely delivery of orders
- create quotes and invoices for customers
- stock replenishment
- simple production assembly
- preparing Products & Online Marketing materials
Requirements
- high School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or management, marketing, or related field is preferred
- proven sales experience
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- excellent time management and organization skills
- effective communication skills and exceptional customer service skills
- minimum 1-2 Years Internal Sales Experience
- excellent in Verbal & Written communication
