Responsibility

  • liaise with external international company secretarial service providers
  • collaborate with relevant departments to collect and compile reports and presentations
  • track to completion actions arising from meetings

Requirements

  • degree level education in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
  • professional company secretary qualification
  • previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate legal or secretarial capacity
  • strong knowledge of corporate governance principles, legal regulations, and compliance standards. Experience of applying this knowledge pragmatically
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
  • ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
