Responsibility

  • monitor for compliance with approved Governance activities such as the Gifts and Entertainment policy, the Conflict of Interest Process, Interactions with Government officials process, Third Party Engagement Process etc
  • act as Point Contact to the Managing Director & Functional Heads for all matters relating to Compliance, Ethics & Internal control Framework
  • provide country compliance quarterly report to the Chief Compliance Officer for submission to the Compliance Committee of the Board of Directors on performance of compliance programs, key findings and status of implementation of recommendations and whistle-blower reports
  • in conjunction with management, establish and promote a culture of compliance and integrity
