Responsibility
- attend pre-start meetings and post project review meetings
- drive a culture of ‘right-first-time’ performance
- complete weekly site audits – programme progress and H&S reports
- ensure projects meet building control requirements and other regulatory bodies as required
- manage multiple projects to a high standard and in a timely manner – liaise with QS to gain a full understanding of project scope, programme and budgets in order to have control prior to commencement on site
- ensure a high level of service is delivered to the customer
- identify customer requirements and communicate to site managers / supervisors and subcontractors – any change to specification which may have a financial implication must be reported to QS for costing
- write and implement risk assessments and distribute to relevant parties
Requirements
- at least 3 years’ experience as a site manager - carpentry back ground preferred
