- working with General Manager to grow rental revenue
- be a point of contact for tenants, staff and contractors
- managing and responding to tenant queries
- joint responsibility for site security and security monitoring of the properties
- daily opening and locking of the Bolton Business Centre building
- line manage Pick & Pack warehouse staff and provide hands on cover when needed
- line manage Fork Lift unloading/ loading procedures and provide hands on cover when needed
Requirements

- well organised person who is conscientious about their duties and landlord reputation
- driving licence and own vehicle essential
- fork lift operators licence or willingness to pass test
