Responsibility

  • communicating with guests via online travel agents such as Airbnb, Booking.com as well as email and occassionally by phone
  • uploading new properties to online travel such as Airbnb, Booking.com and connecting our channel manager software
  • managing bookings/issuing invoices using our channel management software
  • writing guest reviews and responding to reviews left by guests
  • occasionally visiting properties for inspections or meter readings
  • liasing with the rest of the team such as the cleaning team and property setup/maintnance team to resolve any issues that may arise
