- utilise financial statements and data analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing profitability
- reporting directly to the Directors, the Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the business towards increased profitability and excellence
- develop and control the operations department budget, ensuring resource allocation aligns with financial goals
- your role is vital in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and the highest quality standards helps us maintain our position as a leading fragrance brand
Requirements
- proven work experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role
- strong knowledge of operational effectiveness and management principles
- experience in manufacturing and/or warehouse industries is beneficial
- experience working in fast-growing and/or family ran businesses is beneficial
- knowledge of budgeting, stock and production forecasting, and basic financial accounting practices
- proficiency in health and safety practices and compliance
- demonstrated team-building and coaching skills
- exceptional planning, organisational, and analytical abilities
