Responsibility
identify and prospect potential business clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
conduct thorough market research to identify business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends
develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
negotiate and close sales deals, following established sales processes and procedures
meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a regular basis
prepare sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, and follow up with clients to ensure timely closure of deals
maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports using CRM software or other designated tools
continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and product/service offerings to stay informed and provide valuable insights to clients
Requirements
strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
results-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
familiarity with CRM software or other sales tools for tracking and reporting sales activities
ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust sales strategies accordingly
valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients
