Working hours

Responsibility

  • identify and prospect potential business clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • conduct thorough market research to identify business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
  • negotiate and close sales deals, following established sales processes and procedures
  • meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a regular basis
  • prepare sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, and follow up with clients to ensure timely closure of deals
  • maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports using CRM software or other designated tools
  • continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and product/service offerings to stay informed and provide valuable insights to clients

Requirements

  • strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
  • results-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • familiarity with CRM software or other sales tools for tracking and reporting sales activities
  • ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients
