Responsibility
- on site management of selected developments
- assisting the Project Manager with ordering of and organisation of materials
- management of sub contractors/labour on site
- ensuring the site is neat and safe at all times
- daily inspections of work carried out and ensuring it is up to the Saren Homes' standard
- opening and closing of site ensuring it is left secure at the end of each day
- organisation of deliveries or collection of materials from merchants
- general assessment and repair of any maintenance issues raised within the companies rental portfolio
Requirements
- we are looking for someone who
- has strong common sense
- is hardworking, reliable and enthusiastic
- shows tenacity and a 'can do' attitude at all times
- has experience in the industry
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the construction industry ideally on smaller domestic sites. A background in a trade or the ability to take on smaller 'handyman' jobs is required
- considers themselves helpful and able to turn their hand to DIY style jobs
- has the confidence to work and think independently whilst also joining in as a team player when required
