- experience in Property Management is beneficial, however, any experience in the Lettings industry and a willingness to learn is considered
- are you a Property Manager looking for a new challenge?
- if you have dealt with difficult people and can remain calm in any situation, we want to hear from you
- you would be responsible for looking after around 120 properties across Central Bristol in some of the most prestigious locations in the City
- do you want to work for a fantastic independent agent in Clifton?
- do you have a great sense of humour and are a committed team member?
- you do not necessarily need to have experience in Property Management but a strong interest and a willingness to learn is required
- you would be responsible for looking after around 180 properties across Central Bristol in some of the most prestigious locations in the City
- no two days are the same but every day is interesting and new opportunity to learn
- you will need to be well organised with a can do attitude, interest to learn and enjoy working as part of a close knit team, however, also having the ability to work independently
- if you can work well under pressure, have a positive outlook and can deal with conflict, we would be interested to hear from you
- the job would include looking after our landlords, tenants and liaising with our contractors to ensure they continue to receive the highest level of service that we offered for the last 33 years
- parking permit provided
- job requirements: Own car, a full driving licence and a sense of humour
