Responsibility
- help the Public and Greenspace teams keep the city looking good through efficient system management
- analyse data for insights into cleansing, litter control, and grounds maintenance performance. Advise the Operations Manager on meeting service needs
- coordinate training for identified risks, changing laws, and Growth and Development interviews. Manage internal and external training
- efficiently handle materials for better performance and storage, considering seasonal changes. Maintain a stock control system, especially for hazardous materials
- collaborate with health and safety officers and external bodies to expand risk management knowledge
- identify compliance issues, evaluate processes, and make recommendations to the Operations Manager
- establish a compliance communication system to improve staff understanding
- develop and oversee safety and risk management systems with the Operations Co-ordinator and Manager. Manage health and safety documents, schedule risk assessments, and research relevant topics
Requirements
