Responsibility
- to prepare and cook all food options as per the current menu
- to operate an effective customer ordering system
- to ensure all supplies are ordered and a sufficient supply of goods are in stock at all times
- to maintain stock control systems
- to maintain a clean kitchen environment and ensure the cleaning schedule is completed daily
- to work to the guidelines as set out in the Food Hygiene Certificate
- to take orders and use the cash register when necessary
- to ensure tables are set and cleared away when necessary
