- coordinate transportation and logistics for off-site outings and trips
- maintain accurate records of resident participation and feedback
- communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure a positive experience for all
Requirements
- previous experience working in care is highly preferred
- familiarity with the unique needs and challenges of residents with learning disabilities, mental health and or autism
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- strong organizational and time management abilities
- compassionate and caring attitude towards seniors
