Responsibility
manage marketing automation strategies within HubSpot, including lead generation, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and email marketing campaigns
collaborate with key stakeholders in Sales, Commercial Operations and Product Management to create functional pipeline dashboards and ensure clean data entry
manage and maintain the sales and marketing funnel reports, including lead tracking, reporting, and analysis
develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive inbound leads and meet revenue goals
build and maintain marketing automation workflows, lead assignment and HubSpot best practice training
monitor and analyze marketing campaign data to optimize campaign performance and drive ROI
collaborate with the Sales team to align marketing and sales goals to drive conversions
work with cross-functional teams to ensure that all campaigns and initiatives are on-brand and aligned with the company’s overall marketing strategy
Requirements
bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
strong understanding of inbound lead generation and nurturing campaigns
experience with HubSpot data analysis and reporting
excellent project management skills, including planning, prioritization and organization skills
good communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
good interpersonal skills. Acts professionally at all times. Collaborative and flexible approach
3+ years of experience with HubSpot
experience working in a customer orientated environment where services are provided business to business. Prior experience in Biotech or Pharma industry would be advantageous
