Contract type

  • this is a two part role working with both UK and International customers
  • some knowledge of the FOB ordering processes would be very beneficial for this role
  • you will get satisfaction out of making a customer profitable along with maintaining and growing existing relationships
  • initially your time will be spent in-putting our Amazon UK and drop ship orders working with a 3rd party logistics service and ensuring they are processed and delivered in a timely manner
  • you will need to be comfortable dealing with both customers and end users – a flexible part time option could be considered until the end of the year
  • the role would then be extended into a period of full time maternity cover for 2023 working with our international customers around the world processing sales orders and purchase orders for the factories
  • you should have the knowledge to collect relevant information in timely manner and share this with both the customer and our manufacturers
