this is a two part role working with both UK and International customers
some knowledge of the FOB ordering processes would be very beneficial for this role
you will get satisfaction out of making a customer profitable along with maintaining and growing existing relationships
initially your time will be spent in-putting our Amazon UK and drop ship orders working with a 3rd party logistics service and ensuring they are processed and delivered in a timely manner
you will need to be comfortable dealing with both customers and end users – a flexible part time option could be considered until the end of the year
the role would then be extended into a period of full time maternity cover for 2023 working with our international customers around the world processing sales orders and purchase orders for the factories
you should have the knowledge to collect relevant information in timely manner and share this with both the customer and our manufacturers
