  • bank Reconciliation
  • assisting in preparation of the month end accounts
  • expenses and prepaid cards management
  • payroll management for UK and US teams
  • invoicing, VAT & Tax checks and bills processing
  • debtors management
  • year end Audit File preparation

Requirements

  • authorisation to work in the UK
  • DBS Certificate
  • CIMA/ACCA part qualified to qualified
  • references from previous employee
  • experience working in a start-up
  • experienced as an Accountant / Junior Accountant or equivalent
  • experience working with NetSuite
  • experience working with Moorepay / Trinet or similar payroll processing software

Contract type

  • job Type: Part-time, Fixed term contract, 3-4 days a week
  • contract length: 9-12 months
