SALUTE is looking for employees for positions:
electrical design engineer
Responsibility
- develop and prepare technical performance specifications, designs, drawings, equipment schedules and reports
- decide on an approach to fulfilling the customer needs as appropriate
- undertake discrimination, selectivity and cable selection
- design and selection of electrical components and systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements
- creatively develop performance, quality, tendering and Client documents
- developing cost plans and timelines
- carry out tender analysis
- issue and review technical RFI's and design submittals
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in an engineering field or undertaken an Electrical Design served apprenticeship
- developed and prepared designs, client briefs and performance-related documentation
- working knowledge of electrical distribution systems
- working knowledge of electrical power components and their operation and configuration
- working knowledge of LV Electrical circuit arrangements, calculation and selection of protection systems, cables and distribution
- drafting capabilities, hand-drawn and CAD
