Responsibility

  • processing all payments on ad-hoc, daily and monthly timetables
  • dealing with Supplier queries and correspondences
  • working as part of a team to ensure departmental objectives are achieved and procedures improved
  • other tasks as reasonably directed by the Accountant, including covering for other finance department staff in their absence
  • daily processing of supplier’ invoices, and their respective payments, in accordance with company procedures. Including regular reconciliations to statements, scanning, storage and care
  • to assist in the preparation of management accounts and reports - to ensure that management have all relevant and reliable information on a timely basis

Responsibility

  • taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing these through to resolution
  • researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve perceived product issues
  • following company procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate teams
  • technical Product Support engineers also performs other duties as he/she deems necessary for the execution of his/her duties and duties as assigned by the Technical Product Support Manager
  • track customer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits

Requirements

  • good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • familiarity with remote desktop applications and helpdesk software
  • excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • in-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
