Working hours
- full-time | Part-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- you will be responsible with the coordinating maintenance contractors, both for regular compliance-related certification and also for ad-hoc maintenance
- you will work with the Property & Letting Manager to manage any arrears
- searching for and obtaining the right suitable tenant for the properties we advertise. Organising and carrying out the viewings co-ordinating with the Property & Lettings Manager to obtain the suitable tenant
- saltbox Living Ltd is a fast-growth management company for single let and shared houses. We take pride in the standard of our properties and the service we provide to our tenants and landlords
- you will effectively communicate with all of the key stakeholders in the business – with tenants, with landlords, with suppliers and any other key stakeholders
- this is an exciting new role within Saltbox Living as we continue to grow. The role encompasses all aspects of property lettings, selling rooms and tenant and landlord liaison
- you will be responsible for staying up to date with the latest industry news and legislation and updating company policies and procedures to ensure we and our landlords stay compliant
- this role would suit a highly organised person that loves keeping things in order, as well as providing great customer service at the same time
