you will be responsible with the coordinating maintenance contractors, both for regular compliance-related certification and also for ad-hoc maintenance
you will work with the Property & Letting Manager to manage any arrears
searching for and obtaining the right suitable tenant for the properties we advertise. Organising and carrying out the viewings co-ordinating with the Property & Lettings Manager to obtain the suitable tenant

you will be responsible for staying up to date with the latest industry news and legislation and updating company policies and procedures to ensure we and our landlords stay compliant
