Responsibility
- we are looking for an experienced breakfast chef, to join our team at Salt N Sugar Harrogate
- we will be serving, crepes, waffles and pancakes sweet and savoury, sandwiches and coffee
- plan and execute menus for breakfast/brunch, special events, and catering services
- prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring high-quality and presentation standards
- collaborate with the front staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of meals
- monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Requirements
- experience as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen setting
- strong creativity and ability to develop innovative menu items
- excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- ability to work well in a team environment
- strong communication skills
- barista experience is a massive plus
- chef: 1 year
- cooking: 1 year
