- proofing emails, ensuring campaigns are technically correct
- work closely with digital team and support with campaign execution when needed
- work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM strategy is aligned to the brand vision
- enhance marketing automation and customer journey processes
- oversee consistent maintenance of the CRM database and identify opportunities for greater consumer engagement and the right type of customer acquisition
- be comfortable with audience selection, segmentation and analysis
- likely experience with SQL or another database language
- develop and drive integrated campaigns that support account management pipeline and revenue targets
- develop and implement robust test and learn approaches to inform the development of the long-term CRM strategy

- hands on experience of email marketing best practice - although this role will be very strategic
- good analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision making
- great stakeholder management skills
- hands on experience in delivering CRM campaigns and/or automation
