Responsibility

• ensure all events are delivered in a professional manner and meet or exceed client expectations
• ensure that all events are costed effectively in line with company guidelines
• ensure that all event communication is correct and delivered in a timely manner

• ensure event team members are completing their administrative and hosting roles to a high level
• work closely with the sales and operations teams
• ensure all event spaces are always customer ready and that any maintenance issues are dealt with a timely manner
• achieve KPIs on communication time frames and upselling targets
• develop and maintain positive working relationships with other departments and assist where necessary
• manage the events inbox and liaise with clients once passed over from the sales team
• meet and communicate with clients to discuss requirements, and record these effectively within the booking system
• ensure accurate invoices are sent to clients for payment pre-event delivery
• develop and maintain strong working relationships with repeat clients and customers
• carry out other duties, as required by management
• manage training for junior members of the team
• write rotas to ensure all events are properly staffed in line with costings given to clients
