communicate with the head offices of relevant clients across Europe to escalate and resolve customer queries
assist in the onboarding of new clients
support the training of new personnel
maintain and update all relevant sources of client information, including company manuals
serve as the first point of contact for our clients, delivering excellent customer service in line with client requirements and internal KPIs
respond to customer calls, emails and chats promptly, aiming to resolve issues at the first point of contact while recognizing when to seek further advice or escalate to the client
