- OTE is £3500 per month with the ability to scale above £5,000 per month
- this role is ideal for sales reps ready to manage their pipeline, set qualified calls for a tested closer team , and, for top performers, the opportunity to grow with the team into a closer role and potentially even management
- for the right candidate this role comes with a basic retainer of £1000 per month and you will be paid £20 per shown appointment and an additional £60 that turns into a sale
- commission £20 per appointment that shows, an additional £60 per sale closed by a high performing broker, on top of a monthly retainer of £1000
- this role isn't dependant on the closers success for you to make money just your own ability to book high quality appointments
- schedule appointments for £10k+ deals
- attend weekly training sessions, participate in call reviews, and gain access to an exclusive Sales Academy led by a top-tier sales trainer for continuous skill-building
