Requirements

Responsibility

  • supervision of staff to ensure that they provide a warm and welcoming environment for members
  • serving members from the bar
  • cellar management
  • operating an EPOS system
  • liaison with kitchen team to ensure effective delivery of food and the clearing of plates
  • cleaning of bar area at the end of service
  • arranging staff rotas, logging hours, conducting appraisals, and communicating with staff effectively to arrange shifts and meetings
  • assisting the Club Manger with arrangements for Functions
