Responsibility

  • we are a tight-knit Letting Agents and Estate Agents with a key focus on delivering high-quality service to property owners, tenants and potential buyers
  • assisting with marketing properties to Saks London standard taking excellent photographs and capturing the uniqueness of each property we offer
  • booking and taking prospective tenants and buyers to property viewing appointments
  • assisting with networking to bring on board new properties for sale and let. This will include canvasing, social media, networking and using creative methods to reach out to prospective landlords and sellers
  • assisting with the full property sales cycle, from initial seller engagement, through to completion
  • assisting with the full lettings marketing cycle, from initial marketing of the property through to completion of the tenancy
  • assisting with managing the offer negotiation process between the buyer/tenant and seller/landlord
  • you will also have responsibility for assisting with the Lettings process, which will encompass all of the above, but can also include liaising with company contractors, conducting property inspections, and keeping up-to-date with required legislation
