Responsibility
- the role is a hybrid role with 2-3 days onsite and the balance from home
- after an initial induction period at our Cwmbran site, the role will be based from our Gloucester office
- key responsibilities & duties
- planning and coordination of all design activities to ensure on time delivery
- participate in all MER / Technical Audits

Requirements
- mechanical / Aerospace / Structural Engineering degree
- significant experience gained in project leadership through a full programme lifecycle
- highly proficient in Catia V5
- experience using Smarteam
- strong ability to plan and schedule design activities across multiple design modules
- effective communication skills, able to clearly define expectations and gain understanding
- experience managing a team
