  • to support the Home Manager/ Deputy Manager as the person in charge for the day-to-day running of the Home
  • to ensure that each resident receives care appropriate to their individual needs
  • to lead and support a team of staff, including shift management, mentoring the staff to develop their skill sets and offering support
  • to ensure excellent standards of professional practise according to the Organisation’s philosophy and guidelines
