Responsibility

  • produce all necessary food for all food service operations as required and instructed by the Head Chef/Sous chef
  • maintaining quality and quantity control in all aspects, from portion control to freshness of the products and presentation
  • ensure that the cleaning of kitchen is to the agreed standard
  • to ensure high personal hygiene
  • ensure all Club rules are adhered to at all times
  • to be aware of and act in accordance with set procedures including Fire Safety and Health and Safety at all times
  • to carry out any reasonable requests made by a member of the management team
