Responsibility

  • also reaching out to delinquent accounts and engaging with them to help identify onboarding them again
  • you will be working closely with the existing sales team to strategically approach potential clients and establish strong relationships
  • conducting research to identify potential B2B prospects and understand their business needs
  • initiating outbound calls to prospects and introducing our company's products and services
  • effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions and addressing any inquiries or concerns
  • as part of our existing sales force, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business growth and success
  • qualifying leads and nurturing them through the sales pipeline
  • maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system

Requirements

  • proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in telephone canvassing and lead generation
  • strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone
  • exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to understand and address customer needs
  • familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in managing leads and data
  • self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment
  • previous experience in a similar internal sales account manager role or B2B sales position is highly desirable
