we support various clients, mainly in the built environment
project management works can include audits, reports, specifications, tendering, scheduling works, attending sites to meet contractors, and overseeing works on projects
office hours are normally 8 working hours per day

we are seeking a trainee / junior Fire Door Consultant to assist with surveys, reports and projects, with the intention to provide training and experience so that you may become a fully qualified and experienced Fire Door Consultant, and in time can progress to a H&S/Fire Safety Consultant

duties will consist of undertaking audit inspections onsite, mainly in London but also across England at various domestic, non-domestic and commercial properties onsite, and subsequently raising survey reports, specifications and tenders at the office based in Bedford
Requirements
as a minimum A Levels, preferably with some post school training or work experience
any fire safety surveying qualifications will be useful, although training will be provided as necessary

you should be able to work independently and as part of a team
you will need to be an all-rounder, flexible, committed confident self-lead individual with good communication skills and it is important you are able to work under your own initiative on your own, making decisions, and have the ability to achieve results
