Working hours
- part-time
Responsibility
- servicing and maintenance of scaffolding materials including fittings, tube, boards and ladders etc
- cutting of grass and general light garden maintenance
- general standard repair and maintenance of the fixtures and fittings within the training facility and offices
- general upkeep of practical training areas
- general painting of office walls etc. when required
- jet washing of fixed temporary accommodation and floor decking’s occasionally
- other basic maintenance and repair work as required
Requirements
- ability to work using own initiative and with minimal supervision
- must be physically capable of handling weights up to 20kg
- maintenance: 1 year
