make and receive telephone calls, in a profession manner, take messages ensuring they are passed on promptly
assist facilities and site staff in weekly/monthly/annual checks of safe accommodation for
general Admin tasks such as the receiving of inbound and outbound post. Use IT competently to produce and store letters and documents when communicating with internal and external departments, clients, and Funders
assist with the collection of charges due from residents in safe accommodation, issue receipts, keep records of cash collected, payments due/in arrears, deposit cash securely
maintain and check periodically the inventory of furnishings, bedding, crockery, kitchen utensils, etc. pertinent to each unit
the role holder will be expected to perform any other duties that may reasonably be asked of them
