Requirements
- proven experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen environment

- familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen
- excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences
- experience in bartending is a plus but not essential
