In the spirit of Christmas, I wish to write a glowing review, but alas, there isn't anything cheery or jingleworthy to say about this level 4 naughty lister.

Drawing on recent events at Douglass House Efford Plymouth, an emergency and respite care facility for persons with disabilities and complex needs, this has exposed the inadequate safeguarding and care that Plymouth City Council and their partners in health and social care have been providing!
