Ordered item 8 weeks ago they took full payment and I have still not recieved item they keep saying waiting for delivery yet online says they are in stock please be aware before you order.

Feels like a scam: Ordered a pillow and got no delivery info for 2 weeks. After I emailed them they said that they were expecting a container from China and that it would arrive in 2 weeks. After those were over I still didn't get an update so I emailed them again and they told me they had "container issues".
Maybe I just got unlucky but I feel they tried to scam me. But even if they didn't, their communication is atrocious and their delivery time is terrible. Would never order again.
(I did get a refund for the order at least)
Same thing has happened to me! I have waited over 3 months - emailed back and forth and now they aren’t replying at all. Haven’t even got a refund. DO NOT BUY!!

Well, my mistake. They gave me a refund.
Reported them as a suspicious website. Now some nameless person says their IT guy was on holiday so that's why the bed is still for sale. Also now claiming to have offered a refund.

I don’t agree with this as I have purchased from them couple of times and we really liked their service. Also, the customer service were very polite.
Looks like a scammer. Ordered from their furniture shop so it's not hospitality. They said item sold out fast. They are still offering it a bed for sale.
