unreliable and unprofessional, this company has failed to turn up to two appointments after we took time off work to accommodate them. avoid them and find yourself a competent and reliable engineer.

A representative from ‘Your repair’ sent Vassey from ozo heating to repair boiler, Vassey told me it would cost me £150 to repair flue on boiler and make it compliant as this was the cause of my issue.,, before the job was carried out he said the flue would be changed, when he arrived he secured the existing flue, I questioned what was done and the charge, he said it didn’t need changing, just secured, I paid him cash, got a receipt and later discovered that the flue was still not compliant and still faulty which resulted in me getting a new boiler. I do put my trust in engineers as they should know the job not me, but this is totally unacceptable, I did report this to ‘your Repair’ where he originally came from but they were not interested - if you are alone and vulnerable please please go to a reputable company.
