Responsibility
- the Company manufactures over 300 million cosmetic parts per year and exports over 90% globally, through distribution hubs or agencies
- fulfil any other reasonable business requests
- we are a leading manufacturer of aluminium cosmetic components supplying several multi-national clients. Saco is primarily a pressing and anodising Company and has been in operation since 1985
- perform routine maintenance tasks based on the preventative maintenance program
- conduct equipment inspections as required
- job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
- execute equipment replacements and repairs promptly and effectively
- reporting to: Senior Maintenance Engineer & Maintenance Manager
Requirements
- proven experience in mechanical maintenance
- always wear appropriate PPE
- adhere to the Company's quality system and conduct oneself in accordance with Company rules
- you must be a time served maintenance engineer and must have completed the initial 4 years with the same company
- you must have knowledge of compressed air systems encompassing Pneumatics
- maintain safe working practices, practice good housekeeping, and understand and comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements
- you must also possess knowledge of pumps , drives and hydraulic systems
- knowledge of chillers and boilers would be ideal
