Responsibility

  • we can provide you with the foundations that you need to reach for the Michelin Stars
  • 40 hours per week – Mon to Friday 8-4pm
  • A team of world-class Chefs, Sommeliers and Mixologists have designed an outstanding array of menus, cocktail, and wine lists
  • we have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Apprentice Commis Chef to join the team of one of our iconic Restaurants – 34 Mayfair, Balthazar, Sexy Fish London, Scott’s, Daphne’s & J.Sheekey, part of Caprice Restaurants
