Responsibility

  • diagnose vehicles based on observational and mechanical testing as well as information provided by the customer
  • you will be required to carry out general vehicle maintenance and servicing; including mot repairs, clutch/gearbox replacements, brakes, cambelts, timing chains and general workshop activities

Requirements

  • A minimum NVQ 2 or Equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance or proven experience
  • your own tools
  • A minimum of 3 years workshop experience in our industry is necessary
  • A Full UK driving licence
  • experience in replacing timing belts/chains and clutches is a must
  • automotive repair: 3 years
