  • thorough understanding and adherence to safety standards and protocols
  • excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a construction team

Responsibility

  • materials Management: Source and select appropriate bricks and other construction materials, ensuring compatibility and quality for each project
  • technical Interpretation: Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications, to accurately execute bricklaying tasks by project requirements
  • structural Integrity: Ensure structural integrity and alignment of constructions by employing precise measurement and application of mortar or other binding materials
  • collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment with project timelines
  • safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety protocols, regulations, and standards to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others on-site
  • problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges related to bricklaying tasks, offering innovative solutions where necessary
  • bricklaying Expertise: Demonstrate mastery in laying bricks, blocks, and stones to construct and repair walls, partitions, arches, and other structures, following blueprints and technical plans
