- to run the shift and lead the customer service team

- as a Team Leader- Customer care, You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Customer Service, Crew member of the Company
- to plan and co-ordinate the operations of help and advisory services to provide support for customers
- you main objective will be to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction by providing guidance, support and training to the team members
- to provide guidance, support and mentoring to the customer service team to ensure excellent service delivery
