- A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading set of barristers Chambers in London , they are looking for a confident , smart, welcoming Front of House Receptionist that can offer 5\* service , you must be able to provide administrative and hospitality support, interacting with internal and external guests
- check out of hours messages and forwarding onto correct mailbox
- to deliver clients to conferences
- manage meeting room bookings
- responsible for the receipt of all hand deliveries to Chambers, marking each item with time and date of delivery
- dealing with couriers both in person and on the telephone
