Working hours

  • part-time

Responsibility

  • day to day bookkeeping duties
  • small payroll run including pension payments
  • preparing and submitting VAT returns
  • posting & reconciling bank accounts including client funds
  • managing CIS invoices, submitting monthly CIS returns and associated payments
  • sales & Purchase Ledger
  • maintaining ledgers and making payments
  • experience in preparation of in-house accounts and analysis

Requirements

  • 4 years of general book-keeping
  • 3 years of general Office administration
  • relevant Bookkeeping or accounts qualification would be an advantage, but relevant experience will also be considered
  • XERO accounting software accounts or similar
