Requirements
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is essential
- proven experience in cost control within the construction industry is highly desirable
- strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- proficiency in relevant software applications for quantity surveying and cost management
- A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills are essential for managing multiple projects simultaneously
- membership or working towards membership of a professional body such as RICS is an advantage but not mandatory
- organisational skills: 1 year
