Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
- proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or similar role
- strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes
- proficient in cost estimating software and MS Office Suite
- collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate cost forecasting and budget control
- monitor project costs and implement cost control measures
- excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- strong attention to detail and accuracy
